Thinking of the next version
So far, our goal as been to course correct all of our user’s flows, processes and concepts so that The Little Things could be dead-simple but yet charming enough to be loved and shared.
Right now we’ve analyzed everything, changed a few aspects and polished the interface a bit. Still we believe that the content here being created deserves even more. As the little things of the world do too!
So we’re committed to start thinking of something that goes even further. Tell us if you have any cool ideas for the project. Expect details soon!

We’re currently revising every possible usage flow for the invite system and hopefully tomorrow we’ll start sending invites! *urray!*
The invites are currently divided into 2 categories: direct tweet invites (for those who’ve already tweeted about #thelittlethings) and email invites (for everyone who’s been following us and are dying to test this out).

Launched!
Yesterday was the day!
After long hours of bug hunting and detail polishing, we’ve finally got the first version of the app online.
It’s still not a finished version but we’ve already started the long process of getting something like this working. It’s not that the app itself is complex: au contraire!
It just so happens that as simpler and more streamlined your product is, then more work you’re gonna have in thinking things through. And thinking things through takes it’s time.
Right now we’ve set up everything in place and we’re ready to go! (Better yet, we’re ready for you to go!). Throughout next week we’ll be inviting the first people in to start creating, go on sharing and then give us some feedback about it!

“Because it’s the little things that matter in life” was our first official post on The Little Things.
Just launched yesterday, we’ve been having an overwhelming positive response even if still in private version! A more in-depth post is on it’s way to let everyone know a bit more about what’s going on right now and how everything is going to work.
Launching in a few hours
We’re really excited today because we’re about to launch our Alpha version in a couple of hours. Murphy’s law has already starting working and the server are already down just because… so this promises to be one hell of a ride!
Today we presented The Little Things to another small audience of entrepreneurs and developers which we believe really got into the spirit of the little things!
Throughout the last 4 weeks we’ve been working hard to really push the boundaries on this small project. The concept itself is really simple but that doesn’t mean the execution is. We are trying to make the experience really worth it!
As we said before, The Little Things is a place where you can gather all of those small moments that sometimes just walk pass by you without much attention being spent. We believe happiness lives in the little things in life and so we’re gonna make it happen for you! We’re gonna allow you to remember yourself and others of how beautiful life can be through the eyes of The Ant. And how many smiles you’ve been missing with things that happened to you too!
We know there are a lot of day dreamers out there that want to carpe diem with us. We just hope to make it in a way that’s fun, beautiful and powerful enough to make you think about it.
